Several months back, I had to buy a new computer as my laptop finally gave out ... and, I had an old version of Adobe Acrobat on the old laptop that I purchased through the school for a college course that I took about 7 years ago. After the course, I had gotten so used to using Adobe Acrobat that when I got my new computer, I absolutely had to have the current version installed or I would come to a "work-stoppage" in my home office. I use Acrobat all the time!!! Adobe Acrobat is pricey but it is definitely worth the money! Day-in and day-out, it's features are absolutely indispensable. I love it and I am completely satisfied with my purchase. Frankly, I don't see how anyone can live without Acrobat!!!

It works fine for my needs. I'm not a high-power user; I just like to be able to add and delete pages and such. The last full version of Acrobat I bought was 4.0 - man! That was a long time ago! It has been functioning all these years, too. I hope this new one is as long-lasting, which is rare in the world of software and hardware. Note: this was not an "upgrade," per se, because I didn't pay a reduced, upgrade price for having owned a previous version.

With restrictions on sending encrypted data, I needed to buy this for work. I was so confused which one to get. I got the free trial of some version with all kinds of bells and whistles. By the time the trial was over, they wanted some ridiculous price to finally purchase it.



I knew I only needed the basics so I took a guess and went with this one. Thank goodness! I still don't know all the different functions, but I use the highlighting, signature, and encryption. That's all I need right now.
